Tuesday and Thursday nights

5:00 - 5:45pm

This program runs for 9 weeks 2x/week with an optional 3rd run on Saturday mornings. This is an incremental run/walk program, and you will run the first evening. There is a $50.00 fee for this program payable upon registration which includes entry to the Running Wild 5k in June in Osterville.  You will have access to members only Facebook group and 15% off merchandise (excluding electronics) at Marathon Sports.

RRCA Certified Instructor Deanna Desroches instructs this program.
