About the event
In this 90-minute class, CCMHG Members will learn the history of Raqs Sharqi, some traditional moves including isolations and shimmies, and we will end with a choreography piece! Learn a style that has been danced for thousands of years in a safe and judgement-free zone where you can have fun, burn some calories, and enjoy the freedom of movement!
Dress in comfortable, workout clothing and bring a refillable water bottle.
