Sound Bath Healing and Emotional Detox

Emotions are meant to be felt, expressed, and witnessed, however in our culture we are taught the opposite. In this workshop we will be identifying emotional states privately to ourselves and answering prompts. We will journey into these emotions through a sound bath to allow our bodies, minds, and spirits to truly feel and sit with whatever needs to be experienced for you. Jenny will be guiding you on this journey.

Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and feel free to bring an eye pillow or hand towel to cover your eyes, a small pillow for under your head/knees and a small blanket to keep you cozy during the meditation.
